Figure 9: A 35-year-old male patient who is retroviral disease positive on highly active antiretroviral therapy presented with 3 weeks' history of right-sided weakness and inability to talk. Postcontrast axial computed tomographic scan brain showed multiple rim-enhancing lesions with vasogenic edema in the left parietal lobe. Multiple solid and nodular enhancing lesions with vasogenic edema were in addition noted in both cerebral hemispheres. The diagnosis was suggestive of lymphoma. There is also associated left to right subfalcine herniation
